Raw Matcha Chia Pudding

Matcha green tea is a powdered form of the tea leaves that tend to grow in Japan. Near the end of each growing cycle the farmers put the plants in the shade which adds extra chlorophyll; hence this beautiful green colour. Matcha is a power house of nutrients, which is why I am starting to add it to my diet more often. So yesterday morning I created this, Matcha Breakfast Chia Pudding, with a nutrient dense smoothie to go with!

Smoothie:

~1 Cup of Almond Mylk, 1/4 Cup Water

**I also added about half of the smoothie to my chia pudding, and it was DIVINE. Very strong because of the matcha, but overall what super energizing. Medicine for brekky? Yes please. This meal doesn't have to be just at breakfast either, I would totally eat this for lunch too. And it's RAW.

ENJOY!
