Herbs and the Chakras

Everything is connected. Mind, body spirit. When we begin to heal on one plane, we naturally activate healing on all planes. They are so interconnected. This is why meditation has such drastic effects on all levels, not just spiritual. It is the reason why when we eat bad, our intuition isn't as strong. The Chakras are the 7 main energy centres of the body. They each have a certain vibration, colour, and meaning. They begin at the base of the spine, all the way up the body until the crown on the head.

When our chakras become out of balance, we too, become out of balance. There are so many ways to re-balance this, but today I wanted to focus on some herbs that can really help.
