Ashwagandha Blueberry Smoothie

I am always in a smoothie phase. They are a major staple in my life. They're super tasty, so healthy and are very versatile. I usually go through smoothie recipe phases and right now I am really on the Blueberry Ashwagandha! I never have a smoothie without herbal powders (ie. Pine Pollen, Ashitaba, Shatavari, ect. ) But I love Ashwagandha and use it daily. It helps with stress, promotes concentration, reduces anxiety, stabilizes blood sugar, and enhances libido for both men and women! 

 

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Coconut Milk 

1 Frozen Banana

1 Cup of Blueberries - Fresh or Frozen

1/4 Tsp Honey

1/4 Tsp Nut Butter

1 Tbs Ashwagandha Powder

1/4 Tsp Ashitaba Powder

1/4 Tsp Moringa Powder

Pinch of Vanilla Powder

 

Process:

Add ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth!
