These one hour sessions with Emily will help as a guide and tool of clarity, action, and delayering. Emily uses techniques that have helped her transform and let go of aspects of her smaller self that no longer were serving her greater purpose. Tools range from journalling practices, meditations, inner child work, diet change, learning to create healthy and supportive daily practices, and more. Emily has a strong intuition that helps her get to or close to the root of what her clients need to work through whether it be a diet change, a shift in perspective or attitude, letting a toxic person in their life go, ect.
